Mandy was lucky enough to enjoy the freshest of fresh when it came to all things pork, as Annie grew their own pigs onsite. Decades on and Mandy is taking a trip down memory lane after teaming up with Rutherglen Berkshire - a premium pig grower just five minutes down the road - to give you a matched wine dinner of crispy-skinned suckling pig, expertly cooked with all the accompaniments by chef, Briony Bradford.
