After a welcome glass of wine you will join sixth and seventh generation wine and lamb producers, Michael and Joel Chambers, on a walking tour to discover the life cycle of ethically and sustainably raised Moodemere Lamb.
Next you will participate in a butchering and cooking masterclass with Executive Chef of the Lakeside Restaurant, Jarrod Smith, focusing on the use of secondary cuts in the creation of a premier dish.
Finally, in the comfort of the heritage listed Lake Moodemere Estate cellar door, you will savour a three course meal, featuring Moodemere Lamb, matched with Lake Moodemere Estate single vineyard wines and hosted by Michael and Belinda Chambers.
